Applications are invited for the position of Senior Clinical Fellow in Neurosurgery (Neurotrauma) to commence as soon as possible for a period of 12 months.

This is a busy neurosurgical post that offers the chance to gain experience in an outstanding neurosurgical department with the full spectrum of neurotrauma management, both cranial and spinal. The duties of the post include experience in the management of pre- and post-op neurotrauma patients in theatre, in neuro-intensive care, in the ward and in out-patients.

Applicants are required to be on the GMC Specialist Register. The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
